Payment Terms
We accept payment through our online secure payment partner, PayPal & Hitpay.
General Terms
- Please read and understand the Terms & Conditions before making a purchase. All information and materials online are for information purposes only.
- All Goods sold are Non-Returnable but Exchangeable. Please refer to Return Policy. We reserve the right not to accept any request for amendments pertaining to the items, quantities, and last-minute change requests upon the process of order confirmation and payment transaction.
- The product images online may differ from the actual product. Products and prices online may differ from purchases at our authorized outlets.
- Please note: Information on this website is no substitute for consulting a healthcare professional. All information we share, including information relating to medical and health conditions, products and treatments, is for informational purposes only.
- You should have confirmed your order upon checking out of the ordered cart. The purchase is only valid upon successful payment transaction. All merchandise will be put up for sale if the payment is not received within 24 hours of confirmation order.
- Self-collection of items can be arranged at our logistics location upon successful complete payment. Reminders will be sent out to customers, for items that are not collected within 3 days (exclude weekends/PH) upon order confirmation, otherwise it will be considered null (for non-payment of merchandise items).
Delivery Terms
Once the purchase has been made, the items will be delivered to you according to the delivery/shipping schedule. The shipping rates are subject to changes, depending on the delivery destination. There will be a surcharge for the delivery to Sentosa and special arrangement. Upon special request, you may want to indicate your preferred day and delivery time in the remarks and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Delivery schedule (for local delivery in Singapore only):
Monday to Sunday Delivery/collection:9am – 6pm
Public Holidays / After operating hours No delivery
The stated schedule is the cut-off time upon receiving of order confirmation and successful payment transaction (subject to changes).
